Hours: Full-time: Monday -Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Position Description:
The Company is an industry-leading renewable energy development and operations enterprise. We are seeking a person experienced in business contracts to serve as Contracts Manager. This person will oversee the preparation, execution, and maintenance of various contracts. These contracts include contracts with dairy farms to supply manure feedstock to our facilities, land leases for the installation of equipment, pipeline easements, and other business contracts necessary to building and operating energy facilities. Familiarity with legal language and contract structure is strongly encouraged. An attorney’s credentials are not necessary, but also preferred.
The Contracts Manager will, personally or via legal team, be responsible for contract administration to organize, prepare, and edit agreements to be executed. The Contract Manager will also manage contract communications with clients and internal stakeholders until final execution, and keep the Company’s database and timelines up to date with pertinent information. Additional job tasks are further described below.
Responsibilities:
Draft agreements for new clients
Field phone and email inquiries regarding agreements.
Learn and clearly communicate the basis of agreement language to all parties upon request
Organize agreement documents (digital & physical)
Manage contract progress with all active agreement parties that need to be executed and update timelines
Ensure that communications and progress are properly recorded in the Company database and regularly reported to the Communications Director.
