Hours: Full-time: Monday -Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Position Description:

As a member of the Systems team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing various portions of Systems maintenance and installation projects.

This role requires extensive communication between the Project Development department, Systems department, Operations department, and vendors. The selected candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be highly organized, have a strong ability to research and learn and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Maas Energy Works is growing quickly and has many potential opportunities for career advancement.

Travel may be required as part of this role, estimated up to 10%. Responsibilities and job description may evolve as needed.


  • Scheduling of field team, maintenance, and project work

  • Co-ordinating & creating new proposals with the Systems team for prospective customers

  • Procurement of parts & materials for projects and maintenance sites

  • Controlling Inventory

  • Liaising with Maas Project Development department to keep abreast of rapid changes in construction timelines and requirements

  • Cataloging of assets and parts

  • Ensuring documentation for all sites is completed and organized

  • Ensuring changes to site infrastructure is documented

  • Assisting Solutions Manager with budgets and cost reporting

  • Additional Responsibilities as directed by the Solutions Manager

  • Quickly learn and grasp a new industry

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to closure

  • Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and to ensure milestones are met

  • Coordinate efforts of any third-party contractors or consultants

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts throughout project life cycles

  • Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Complete work breakdown to estimate effort required for each task

Qualifications & Skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Proficiency with Drobox, Microsoft Office Suite, and specifically Excel

  • 3+ years of project management experience is preferred but not required

  • Technically competent with project management software, Gannt charts (Eg, Wrike)

  • Technical IT background preferred

  • Ability to understand and comprehend technology

  • Effective Communicator

  • Flexibility

  • Must be proficient in English.
